Fitness Team practices begin December 3rd! Practices run M-F 7:00-7:45am Windward District Fitness Meet: February 28, 2019 Reminders about practice:
Make sure to arrange for breakfast! Practices will tire us out. Students eating school breakfast will be released from practice at 7:30 to go eat.
Bring water bottle
Wear athletic shoes and clothing
Older kids: bring deodorant and/or a change of clothes
Purpose of our Fitness Team: We want to encourage and grow healthy habits to last forever. We want our kids to have a safe and educational space to learn how to exercise. We want to instill a positive self-image and a positive image of others. We want to teach our kids how to engage in sportsman-like competition. We want our kids to have fun!
